FSnow is a small independent shop. We sell pet gear — leashes, harnesses, beds, toys and feeders — and we ship it directly to pet owners, mostly in the United States and Europe.

What we actually stock
We keep the catalogue small on purpose. A shop that sells four hundred items usually sells four hundred mediocre items. We would rather carry twenty things we have handled, measured and walked with.
Every harness we sell comes with a measured size chart, not a weight range. If you have ever bought a "medium" that did not fit a medium dog, you know why that distinction matters.
How we ship
Orders ship from our warehouse in Guangdong, China, usually within one to two business days. Delivery to the US takes about 10 to 20 business days; Europe a little longer. Every order gets a tracking number.
Because we ship internationally, import duties may apply on delivery depending on your country. We do not hide that — it is written in plain language in our shipping policy.
If something is wrong
Email us at 747735612@qq.com. We reply within one to two business days, and we handle it ourselves — there is no call centre between you and us.
If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace or refund it, including shipping. That is not a marketing line; it is in our refund policy.
