Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened or consumed pet food and treats, used grooming tools, and any item that has been in contact with an animal and shows signs of use.

How to start a return

Email 747735612@qq.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1-2 business days with instructions. Please do not ship items back before receiving instructions, as unannounced returns may be refused.

Return shipping

The customer covers return shipping, including the cost of sending the item back to China. We recommend keeping low-value items rather than returning them, as international return shipping often costs more than the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund it, including shipping.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund, including standard outward shipping. This matches our own policy. Hygiene exceptions apply.
